Here's all you need to know about buying from Richard Paul Art online

Product Specs

Cards - These are A6 size (unless otherwise stated), and produced by hand using images reproduced from my paintings.  Cards are blank inside and hand signed by myself on the back.  Cards come in a protective cellophane sleeve with an envelope.


Prints - These are produced for me using archive quality inks on archive quality paper.  Each print has a 5mm border to aid mounting and comes wrapped in cellophane against a stiff greyboard backing.  Where available larger prints may be rolled and supplied in a cardboard tube.


Mugs - These are produced for me to my designs, in limited quantities (never more than 20 of any design in existence).  Each mug comes in protective wrapping.


Mini Originals - These are original oil paintings, supplied in a bronze effect frame.  Each is unique.


Payment

Payment is processed securely by PayPal on behalf of Richard Paul Art.  All orders have the full security and protection you would expect from PayPal.  Personal details required to make the transaction are used just for that and nothing else.


Dispatch

Goods are normally dispatched within a few days of receiving your order.  In the rare circumstance that I am not able to do so, I'll notify you by email of any delay or problem with fulfillment.  I use royal mail for deliveries, so they usually take a few days from dispatch before they arrive.  If after two weeks you are still waiting, please get in touch so I can arrange a replacement or refund.


Cards are hand produced on demand

Prints are produced for me by a third party

Mugs are from limited stock which will not be replaced (as I am discontinuing them)

Mini Originals are just that - unique, original and already in existence and thus available to send out, but not possible to replace.


Replacements, Returns and Refunds

Should you be unsatisified with your order, for whatever reason, please get in touch by email, explaining the issue, and if applicable, including any pictures.

In most cases I can offer a replacement (except where the product is an original or of limited stock)

In some cases it may be appropriate to return the goods for repair (e.g. if a mini original frame is damaged I can replace the frame).

Should neither of these options be acceptable, I am able to offer a full refund.

Whatever the case I will do my utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
